Statement from the Artist
The materials used in this sample have a personal history. I know where each of these pieces of fabric came from. The weft consists of polyester leggings from Costco worn by my daughter, a wool scarf given to me by my stepmother, and cotton fabric bought to sew a blouse that I never made. The warp is cotton.
